Warranty policy
Customers will receive free international maintenance services for two years starting from the date of purchase of Watchtify products. Battery life guaranteed for 6 months
If a product malfunctions during the warranty period, customers must present a valid original invoice with the date of purchase stated in order to receive maintenance. Watchtify reserves the right to refuse to provide any maintenance or inspection services to customers if a valid purchase invoice is not presented.
Watchtify provides you with a twenty-four-month warranty in accordance with these warranty terms. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, you have the right to request free repairs to eliminate any defects with a valid warranty card. If the repair is not sufficient to restore the watch you purchased to normal usable condition, or if the case of the watch you purchased cannot be opened, Watchtify guarantees to replace it with a similar style watch. The warranty service of the replaced watch will be terminated twenty-four months from the date of purchase of the replaced (reclaimed) watch.
The maintenance services we provide do not cover:
- battery life;
- Normal wear and tear and aging (for example: scratches on the surface; changes in color and/or changes in non-metallic material (such as leather, plastic, fiber) watch straps or bracelets; peeling off of plating);
- Any damage to any part of the watch caused by abnormal use/abuse, carelessness, negligence, accident (impact, knock, squeeze, surface damage, etc.), incorrect use, or failure to comply with the instructions provided by Watchtify;
In addition to the above-mentioned warranty service, Watchtify expressly excludes any other claims against it by the purchaser, such as claiming damages outside the warranty service, except for the rights granted to the purchaser against the manufacturer by mandatory legal provisions.
Warranties from the above manufacturers:
- Independent of any warranties that may be provided by the seller, the seller shall be solely responsible for all such warranties;
- Without prejudice to the rights of the purchaser against the seller or rights that the purchaser may have against the seller under mandatory legal provisions.
