Return policy
- You can apply for return or exchange within seven working days of receiving the product. (The seven-day period starts from the second day after you receive the product as the first day. If you want to return the product, you must send it within the seventh day, otherwise we will not be able to process your application. All dates are based on express delivery. )

Accessory products such as jewelry/bracelets/straps are not included in the seven-day return and exchange scope.
- All products marked outlet are non-returnable
- All customized products are not within the seven-day return and exchange scope.
- If the strap needs to be adjusted, watches with adjusted straps are not within the seven-day return and exchange range.

Our guaranteed delivery time is 2-4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after you place the order.
1) If the goods are delivered within the time limit, they will be handled according to the above unsatisfactory handling method
2) If the goods are not delivered within the time limit, you will receive a full refund
Please note that delivery is defined as the time when the goods are delivered or when they arrive at the smart locker. We do not accept delayed shipments where the recipient is absent/failed to pick up the goods at the pick-up point on time as the reason for slow delivery

We will contact you to ask you which item does not match the description.

- For refunds if the product is not satisfactory, if the order amount is more than $2800, we will deduct 10% of the listing fee
- Watchtify will check the products within two to four working days after receiving the returned products and required information, and will notify you by email whether the returned products have been accepted. Refunds may be processed via our company's payment system or directly deposited into your bank account.
- Watchtify will not accept returns or exchanges if:
- Item remains unclaimed four to five days after delivery; or
- The item shows signs of use or wear; or
- The item is not in its original wrapper, box or bag; or
- The product is missing some parts; or
- The product is missing some accessories; or
- The product does not come with the original warranty or product certificate; or
- The product has been modified, damaged or stained by the customer.
- The product can be adjusted/shortened/modified or the straps or holes are punched according to the customer's needs
- The product is a customized product, such as engraving/hanging tag
- The product is a pre-ordered product
- The product has an Outlet tag
Seven-day unconditional return policy and procedures
- Please email your application to return@watchtify.com
- We will notify you via email 1 working days after receiving the return request whether the return request has been accepted.
- If your return application is accepted, we will provide procedures for taking back the returned goods.
- Please send the goods back to us after you receive our acceptance notification.
- If you fail to send the product within 3 working days after receiving our notification of acceptance of the return, we will reject your return application
- After receiving the returned goods and verifying them, we will process the refund service through the payment system or direct deposit to your bank account within five to seven working days.

Under no circumstances willWatchtify accept parts, accessories or warranty certificates/ Return or exchange products with incomplete product certificates. Therefore, please ensure that the goods and accessories are complete before returning the goods so that we can handle the refund service for you
