From the date of purchase of Watchtify products, customers will receive a period of two yearsFree international maintenance service. Battery life is guaranteed for 6 months

If the product fails during the warranty period, the customer must present a valid original invoice with the date of purchase to obtain the warranty. If a valid purchase invoice cannot be presented,WatchtifyThe right to refuse to provide customers with any maintenance or inspection services.

WatchtifyAccording to this warranty clause, we will provide you with a 24-month warranty service, and the warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

 During the warranty period, with a valid warranty card, you have the right to request that any defects be eliminated free of charge by repair. If repairs are not sufficient to restore your watch to normal use, or if the case you purchased cannot be opened,WatchtifyGuaranteed to replace you with a watch of a similar style. The warranty service for a replaced watch ends twenty-four months from the date of purchase of the replaced (recovered) watch.

 Manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

 - battery life;

 - normal wear and tear (eg: scratches on the surface; changes in colour and/or straps or bracelets of non-metallic materials (eg leather, plastic, fibre); peeling of electroplating);

 - due to abnormal use/abuse, carelessness, negligence, accident (bump, knock, crush, surface damage and others), improper use, non-compliance WatchtifyAny damage to any part of the watch caused by the instructions for use provided;

 In addition to the above warranty services,WatchtifyAny other claims of the buyer against it are expressly excluded, such as claims for damages outside the warranty service, except for the rights granted to the buyer against the manufacturer by mandatory legal provisions.

 Warranty service from the above manufacturer:

 - independent of any warranties that the seller may provide, for which such warranties the seller is solely responsible;

 - without prejudice to the rights of the purchaser against the seller or the rights the purchaser may have against the seller under mandatory legal provisions.
