Seven-day unconditional return policy

  • You can apply for a return or exchange within seven working days of receipt of the item. (The seven-day period refers to the first day from the second day you receive the product. If you want to return the product, it must be sent within the seventh day, otherwise we will not be able to process your application, and all dates will be delivered by express The record shall prevail.)
  • Accessories such as accessories / bracelets / straps are not within the seven-day return range.

  • All custom-made products are also not within the seven-day return range.
  • If the strap needs to be adjusted, the watch with the adjusted strap is not within the seven-day return range.
  • We accept returns in the following 6 cases

Our guaranteed delivery time is 2-4 working days after you place an order (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to your hands

1) If the goods are delivered within the time limit, they will be handled according to the unsatisfactory handling of the above products

2) If the goods are not delivered within the time limit, you will get a full refund

Please note that delivery is defined as the time when the goods are delivered or the time when they arrive at the smart locker. We do not accept the delayed delivery of goods due to the absence of the recipient/no time to pick up the goods at the self-pickup point as the reason for the slow delivery

We will contact you with details of the damage to the goods. If the product is determined to be damaged before delivery, you will receive a full refund

Received the goods and the online description does not matter

We will contact you and ask you to provide which one and the description do not match.

  •   For refunds of unsatisfactory products, if the order amount is more than $2800, we will deduct 10% of the listing fee
  •  Watchtify will verify the item within two to four working days of receipt of the returned item and required information, and will notify you by email whether the item was accepted or not. Refunds may be processed through our company's payment system or deposited directly into your bank account.
  • Watchtify will not accept returns or exchanges if:
    • The merchandise remains unclaimed four to five days after delivery; or
    • the merchandise has signs of use or wear; or
    • The merchandise is not in its original wrapper, box or bag; or
    • The item is missing some parts; or
    • The item is missing some accessories; or
    • The merchandise does not come with an original warranty or merchandise certificate; or
    • The merchandise has been altered, damaged or soiled by the customer.
    • The product is adjusted/shortened/modified strap or punched according to customer needs
    • The item is a custom item, such as lettering/tags
    • The product is a pre-order product

  • We will count from the date of receipt of the return request1We will notify you by e-mail within working days of whether or not your return request has been accepted.
  • If your return request is accepted, we will provide procedures for recovering the returned merchandise.
  • Please send the item back to us upon receipt of our acceptance notice.
  • If you fail to receive our notification of acceptance of return3Ship the product within working days, we will reject your return request
  • After receiving the returned item and verifying it, we will process the refund service through the payment system or direct deposit to your bank account within five to seven working days.

  • in any case,Watchtify No parts, accessories or warranty will be accepted/Returns and exchanges of products with incomplete product certificates. Therefore, please ensure that the goods and accessories are complete before returning the goods, so that we can handle the refund service for you.
